Our certified instructors have a vast understanding of the body’s anatomy through years of training in dance and Pilates. This training enables our instructors to identify patterns of strength and weakness in the upper and lower body in order to personalize the session for each client’s diverse needs. Mary K. Vogt
Owner and instructor, Mary has been teaching dance and Pilates for the past 10 years professionally. She graduated from Slippery Rock University where she earned a B.A. in both dance and English Literature. She also earned her M.F.A. from the prestigious Smith College where she received a full teaching fellowship. During her time at Smith, Mary taught dance and Pilates to undergraduates at Smith College, University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Mount Holyoke, and Hampshire College. She has also worked with notable dance companies in different capacities such as Brazz Dance Company, The Dance Alloy, and Troika Ranch, and Roza Dance Company. She continues to perform and create work throughout New York City. Mary received her certification in Pilates mat and equipment through Pilates Method Alliance and The Lab training heavily under Lawson Harris. Her teaching style draws heavily from her extensive training in dance and anatomy. She has earned numerous awards for her teaching. Her classes focus on breath, clean technique, flexibility, and the joy of movement. She thrives on the progression of her students.
Kaseedee Jermain is a Hoboken, New Jersey-based personal trainer and nutrition expert who works with each of her clients on a fitness plan that is uniquely tailored to fit their personal goals whether they are to simply tone up or undergo a complete body transformation. After many years of working in the fitness industry, Kaseedee believes in a holistic approach to achieving long-term success.
