PRIVATE PILATES SESSIONS
Looking for a quiet sanctuary from your typical gym? Our private sessions are perfect for the individual looking for a workout tailored just for them in a serene setting. Our one-on-one sessions ensure you get just that and more. Our quality instructors design each session to challenge you with your goals and body in mind. Private Pilates sessions utilize the cadillac, reformer, chair, and barrel, as well as mat work.
DUET PILATES SESSIONS
If you have a friend or special someone that you like to work out with, duets are just the thing. Duos receive the same quality workout with personal instruction as a private but at a discounted rate! Duets incorporate all equipment - the cadillac, reformer, chair, and barrel - as well as some mat work.
Both group classes and private sessions are offered for our mommies-to-be. Physical activity is essential for both mom and baby through the entire 40 weeks of pregnancy and beyond. Pilates is a safe and great way to strengthening and lengthening the body through each trimester. Our certified instructors will help ready your body and mind for the many challenges of labor and mommy-hood. An emphasis on breath while toning your arms, back, butt, abdominals and more will make you the strongest mommy on the bock. Group classes are small so you get as much personal attention as possible. If you crave a more personal approach, then privates are the way to go.
TOWERS AND TOTS PILATES
We understand the importance of staying strong and fit before, during and after baby. We also know how hard it can be to squeeze in a workout around your little tots schedule. Now you can bring your baby to our Mommy and Me Pilates classes. Babies 6 months and younger are welcome to join our small group tower/mat classes. Children are asked to remain in their car seat/carrier for the duration of the class. Socks are required for this class.
GROUP PILATES MAT CLASSES**
No one likes the same old mat class every day. Our group classes utilize a variety of props such as exercise balls – big and small - magic circles, foam rollers, therabands, and hand weights to enhance our hour-long class.
Our mat classes focus not only on the core principles of Joseph Pilates, but also on flexibility and the joy of movement. No two classes are ever the same and every class is customized for the active participants!
Tower Classes utilize the springs, a push through bar, and your own body weight as resistance to stretch and challenge your Pilates practice. Our Tower classes focus not only on the core principles of Joseph Pilates, but also on flexibility and the joy of movement. GROUP REFORMER CLASS**
Experience challenge and grace of the reformer, the original piece of equipment that put Joseph Pilates on the map. This class is open level and focuses on the core principles of Pilates. You will be training and challenging every single muscle in your body from the inside out. You will leave feeling long, lean, stretched and toned. Mat experience is highly recommended before taking this class.
CREATE A GROUP CLASS
A Pilates Group Class at your convenience? It exists at Harmony Pilates. Gather at least 2 of your friends (3 people min.) and start your own class. Scheduling permitted.
